We only process the data you send us through the forms on this website: name, email address, phone number, your message and, depending on the form, the details, number plate and photos of your car.

To answer your request: information about a vehicle, an appointment, car sourcing or a trade-in. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6.1.b GDPR). We do not use your data for marketing without your consent.

Requests are kept for 3 years after our last contact, then deleted. Photos attached to a trade-in request are deleted with the request.

Your data is read by the Universal Motors team. It is stored with our hosting provider and transmitted by our email delivery provider, who act as processors. We do not sell or pass on your data.

You can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing or object to it. Write to us or call us: we reply within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

The website is served over HTTPS. Requests can only be accessed by authorised people, through password-protected access.
